Mike is a Managing Principal of PICK FIT USA, the management company for YELLO Athletic Clubs, and heads up operations for the clubs. He is also the President of Milo Management & B32 Management which have successfully created, operated and exited three (3) uniquely branded enterprises, with multiple locations, in the Dental and Wellness Industries. He was the Executive Manager of Gold’s Gym of Houston which had 7 locations, 400 employees before exiting in 2019. During the 17 years as a Gold’s Gym operator many awards were earned with some of the most notable being:
Mike has served on many corporate and philanthropic boards and currently serves on the board of Mobile Loaves & Fishes commissary and Treasurer for Mustard Seed and their successful Work Wheels program (helps mothers avoid predatory car lenders). He frequently is the high adventure group lead for BSA T198.
Mike received his BA in Economics from the University of Texas and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Bobby is a Managing Principal of PICK FIT USA, the management company for YELLO Athletic Clubs, and heads up all marketing efforts. He is an integral part of what is going to make YELLO so successful. Bobby and Mike have worked together on projects for over 25 years and make a dynamic duo.
Bobby is Co-Founder and President of Percento Technologies (formerly TIC International – Technology Services), an Enterprise IT Consulting, Implementation and Management Firm; along with litigation eDiscovery expertise and based in Houston with offices throughout the state of Texas. Bobby provides leadership to the company’s senior management, and he is personally involved in the strategy, sales and managing all marketing activities of the company.
Furthermore, he is a Co-Founder and Partner of Synergen based in Houston. Sold to private equity in 2018, Synergen (now part of the French conglomerate SOCOTEC) provides a wide variety of services including claims evaluation and resolution, financial damage assessment, insured loss analysis, construction claims preparation and review, project management advisory services, fraud investigations, and class action administration and distribution.
Moreover, he is a Co-Founder and Partner of both PUCCI Café and Happy Breath; canine centric companies with philanthropic missions based in Katy Texas. Bobby provides leadership to the company’s management and oversees all marketing aspects of those companies.
He has been involved with many business groups including BNI-West Houston, Houston West Chamber of Commerce, Greater Houston Partnership, Katy Chamber of Commerce, Lumen Institute, Christian Chamber of Commerce and served as Chair of the Technology Committee in the Houston West Chamber of Commerce.

Paul is Director of Athletic Programming for YELLO Athletic Clubs. He has been involved with the fitness industry since 1990 while earning his B.S in health and fitness from Springfield College in 1992. He was selected in his Junior year at the Chelsea School of Human Movement at Eastbourne England. Paul has run Grayton Beach Fitness since 2004 earning repeated awards for:
He drives a culture of emphasizing education, fun, and constant improvement. And he grown Grayton Beach Fitness to be an unparalleled staple in the community.
Paul actively visits fitness clubs around the country for best programming ideas and often presents at fitness conventions on best practices for teams to improve profits and culture.
